Site Requirements
For our site requirement, we seek high exposure 250 – 350 square meters locations in high visibility shopping centers or freestanding buildings. The physical condition is a full service restaurant – approx. 300 square meters and delivery carry-outs – approximately 100 square meters.

The initial fee is as follows:
FRANCHISE FEE US$ 1,000 to US$ 1,000
DEVELOPMENT CONTRIBUTION US$ 24,000 to US$ 24,000
Royalty Fee 5% (month/sales)
